Breakfast
Fruit salad - A large fruit salad consisting of kiwi, red grapes, strawberries, mango, strawberries and pomegranate seeds. Drink = tea.
Lunch
Egg on toast - 1 hard boiled egg on a slice of wholemeal toast. I had a real craving for a hard boiled egg as I had not had one for ages. Drink = orange squash.
Dinner
Spinach & ricotta filled pasta - Half a pack of Pizza Express spinach and ricotta filled pasta topped with black pepper and grated cheddar cheese with a squirt of tomato sauce. Drink = water.
