What I Ate Wednesday No.82

Happy Wednesday guys!  I hope you are having a great day.

Here is another What I Ate in a day run down for ya.

Breakfast

Crunchy nut cornflakes with semi-skimmed milk.  Drinks = tea and water.


Lunch

Pancakes & fruit - Chocolate protein pancakes (a body coach recipe I saw on Instagram) with strawberries, blueberries and a drizzle of maple syrup.  Drink = water.



Dinner

Sweet potato, veggie burger & veg - Baked sweet potato round with a vegetable burger (Waitrose), peas and broccoli.  Drink = water.
