Breakfast
Fruit topped granola - Dorset cereals granola with semi skimmed milk, topped with fresh strawberries and desiccated coconut. The frozen yogurt cups in the middle of the bowl are natural yogurt with blueberries in 1 and banana in the other which I froze in silicone cupcake cases. Drinks = water & English breakfast tea.
Lunch
English Muffin - A wholegrain English muffin (from Asda), with 1 half spread with butter and the other half spread with strawberry jam. Drink = water.
Dinner
Macaroni Cheese - This was a meal out at a local country pub. It was a delicious super cheesy macaroni cheese with garlic bread and a side salad. Drink = water.
