What I Ate Wednesday No.10

Breakfast: Graze Summer Fayre granola with a cup of tea.



Lunch: 
Packed lunch eaten at work throughout the day.
Cereal bar - Special K chocolate chip
Sandwich - Brown granary bread filled with Laughing Cow Light
Yogurt - Muller Light mint chocolate, tastes like melted After Eights so thick and chocolatey and only 99 calories, like how?!
Fruit - Strawberries and seedless grapes medley 
Drink - Water



Dinner: Wholewheat fusili pasta in homemade cheddar cheese sauce, topped with breadcrumbs and put under the grill to brown and crisp up.  Service with garlic bread and steamed broccoli.
Drink = water

Other: A cuppa after work and a cuppa after dinner with a chocolate digestive.
