Here's a quick snap shop of my main meals for the day.
Breakfast: Graze Mango Lassi - mango & passionfruit granola with yogurt & coconut. Drink - Tetley tea.
Lunch: I had a buffet lunch at work as park of a special event, so I choose ploughmans sandwiches, onion bhajis and a few crisp.
Drink - water & orange juice
Dinner: A quick dinner after getting home from work late made by my partner ❤️. It is Tilda coconut rice, Tesco Glamorgan veggie sausages & petit pois with a squirt of my beloved condiment ketchup!
