What I Ate Wednesday No.26

Breakfast

Oat So Simple porridge topped with dark chocolate chips and a drizzle of maple syrup.  With the usual cuppa, always the same drink i'm afraid as I don't like coffee!




Lunch

Pizza bread (toast topped with tomato puree, oregano and cheese (Anchor Light cheddar)), packet of salt and vinegar Squares and a Robinsons orange squash.




Dinner

Chiquito's vegetarian 5 bean chilli chimichanga which also had refried beans, Texan style cheese sauce, melted cheese and mexican spiced rice inside the fried tortilla.  It came with a basket of chips (hiding beneath the chimichanga) and pots of salsa, sour cream and a avacado dip.  
It all tasted so so good - I was really impressed as when I last went many years ago it was small portions and nothing special.  Boy have they turned it around with much larger portions and a whole new extensive menu!
