Breakfast
Graze Ski Lodge Spiced Apple granola with semi-skimmed milk and a Tetley tea.



Lunch

Half a carton of Tesco veggie bean chilli soup (from the refrigerator section), with brown Teaco Farmhouse bread & a glass of water.




Dinner
Homemade sweet potato roasted chips with rosemary, 2 baked flat mushroom stuffed with laughing cow cheese and breadcrumbs. Water & small Tesco orange juice.
