What I ate Wednesday No.28

Breakfast

Cup of tea with Oat so Simple porridge, topped with a sliced banana and a drizzle of maple syrup.




Lunch

Falafel & cheese sandwich - Warburtons wholemeal farmhouse bread with 4 falafel balls and grated light mature cheese.  Drink = water.


Dinner

Roast dinner - 2 homemade yorkshire puddings, sage and onion stuffing balls, a Tesco nut cutlet (nutty patty basically), roast potatoes and mixed veg (broccoli, sweetcorn, red pepper and peas) with far too runny vegetable gravy.  Glass of water.
