What I Ate Wednesday No.37

Breakfast
Oat So Simple porridge with semi skimmed milk topped with a banana and a few dark chocolate chips.  Cup of tea.


Lunch
I was out shopping at the time and stopped off in Pizza Express with my other half.  We did the 2 courses for £11.95 deal that they currently have on.  I chose the garlic dough balls to start.  for my main I chose the Leggera Superfood Salad which consists of baby spinach, tenderstem broccoli, beetroot, light mozzarella, avocado, pine kernels, cucumber, lentils and fresh basil, finished with high house dressing.
Drink = Water.

I really fancied a cheese toastie so thats exactly what I made and added tomato sauce for dipping.  Drink = Glass of water.
