What I Ate Wednesday No.45

Here is my next instalment of What I Ate Wednesday which includes just my 3 main meals for the day.

Breakfast

Porridge topped with 1 banana and a sprinkle of chocolate chips. Drinks = glass of water and cup of tea.




Lunch
Homemade Quorn Lasagne, a few chunky chips and a large side salad. Drink = water.





Dinner


I wasn't very hungry so I just had a potato waffle topped with a poached egg for dinner.  Drink = water.
