What I Ate Wednesday No.48

Breakfast

I had a small glass of Cawston Press cloudy apple juice, plain Oat So Simple porridge with mashed banana and topped with maple syrup.  Cup of tea.



Lunch

Quorn sausage sandwich - 2 pieces of wholemeal bread with 2 Quorn sausages (cut in half).  Glass of water.



Dinner

Roasted vegetable fusili pasta topped with grated cheddar cheese and a sprig of basil.  Glass of water.
