What I Ate Wednesday No.52

Breakfast
Oat So Simple porridge, topped with flaxseed, a dollop of apple sauce and raspberries.


Lunch
My packed lunch (eating throughout the working day) consisted of a Liberte Mango layer yogurt, banana, grated cheddar cheese sandwich (made wth 1 piece of bread), Nakd Berry Cheeky bar and a pot of palm tomato with some basil leaves .


Dinner
Homemade sweet potato wedges, quarter of a broccoli quiche and some broccoli.
