Breakfast

Jammy Porridge - Oat So Simple porridge topped with a spoonful of strawberry jam.  With a cup of tea.



Lunch

Cheese and Beans on Toast - Half a tin of beans and a sprinkling of cheese on some rather chunky wholemeal toast, it could have been at least TWO slices I swear!  Drink = water.



Dinner

Pizza and Salad - Half a Pizza Express Margarita pizza with a homemade salad consisting of rocket tossed in balsamic vinegar with toasted pine nuts and Italian style hard cheese shavings on top.  Drink = water.
