What I Ate Wednesday No.67


Breakfast

Muesli & tea - Graze Scandinavian Forest Fruits granola with semi skimmed milk and a cup of tea.


Lunch

Packed lunch - A strawberry crunch Nakd bar, an Activia raspberry flavour 0% fat yogurt, 4 Mcvities black pepper crackers topped with 2 Laughing Cow light cheese triangles and a large banana.  Drink = water.




Dinner

Tagine topped sweet potato - A oven baked sweet potato topped with half a tin of Heinz Chickpea Tagine and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.  A tasty meal with minimal effort. I have a new found love of sweet potatoes by the way!  oh and the Heinz chickpea are 2 of your 5 a day from half a can.  Drink = water.
