What I Ate Wednesday No.69

Breakfast

Porridge and tea - Oat So Simple porridge made with semi skimmed milk, topped with Whitworths fusions - cinnamon apple jumble and a sprinkle of cinnamon.  Drink - tea.


Lunch
A Tesco apple and cinnamon hot X bun (over) toasted with butter on, a Rachels' organic blueberry and vanilla yogurt.  Drink = water.



Dinner

Cheese omelette with rice - A 2 egg cheese omelette.  Served with Tilda vegetable rice with quinoa.  Thinking about it some may think omelette and rice is an odd combo?!  Tasted all good though!  Drink = water.
