What I Ate Wednesday No.71

Breakfast

Porridge & Tea - Oat So Simple porridge topped with apple sauce, cinnamon and flaked almonds.  Drink = tea.



Lunch 

Pick 'n' Mix - 2 mini wholewheat pittas (these were from Ocado), mixed peppers, dollop of humous (middle of plate), cheese sticks (low fat cheddar) and Kettle Bites Mozzarella and Pesto Lentil Curls.  Drink = water.



Dinner

Sweet Potato & Chickpea Tagine - A super simple meal.  This was just a case of baking a sweet potato in the oven and topping it with Heinz Chickpea Tagine and some grated cheese.  Filling and easy yet minimal effort.  Drink = water.
