What I Ate Wednesday No.74

Breakfast

1 slice of wholemeal toast topped with Meridian smooth peanut butter and 1 sliced banana.  Drinks = Mug of tea and a glass of water.




Lunch

Spiralised sweet potato tagliatelle in a tomato and basil sauce with mixed peppers added.  Finished off with a grating of low fat cheddar cheese and basil leaves.  Drink = water.




Dinner

A cheddar cheese ploughmans sandwich from Tesco with some Ritz sea salt and black pepper crackers. Drink = water.
