What I Ate Wednesday No.81

Breakfast

Crunchy Nut & tea - Crunchy nut cornflakes with ice cold semi-skimmed milk which went down a treat.  Drink = Tea with milk.



Lunch

French toast - 2 pieces of wholewheat bread made into French toast with cinnamon.  Topped with sliced strawberries & a dusting of icing sugar.  Drink = water.



Dinner

Pasta with garlic bread - Wholewheat pasta with smooth tomato and basil Ragu sauce, plum tomatoes, grated cheese and basil leaves.  Plus a slice of garlic bread.  Drink = water.
